Rika
Rika is a bio-engineered lifeform created by Seed, one of the last surviving computers on Motavia. She’s designed to help guide the planet’s future and is considered a spiritual successor to Nei from Phantasy Star II. Rika joins your party after you make your way through the Bio-Plant. She’s a well-rounded fighter with solid strength, fast speed, and access to useful healing Techniques.
Rika’s skills give her an edge in battle. She can boost her weapon attacks, slow down enemies, or try to take them out instantly. Double Slash, Eliminate, and Disrupt only work if she’s equipped with a claw. Illusion works with any weapon.
