• Added some orgasmic Flashes to the main pages of my anime rpg sites: Sailor Moon RPG, Tenchi Muyo RPG, and Magic Knight Rayearth. I remodeled the sites a bit too.

• FLASH CARTOONS ARE COMING SOON!! But to which RPG shrine? Ah, that's a surprise. ^_~

» NEW!! A shrine for Front Mission 2: Gun Hazard has been added! And its in FLASH. Yes! It's FantasyAnime's very first Flash site. It has a kick ass excessively suspenseful teaser on the main page! Check it out!! As for the rest of the site (which is mostly in CSS (yeah the site's not 100% Flash)), it has the typical stuff: game info, character info, screen shots, wallpapers, cross-dressing, etc.

» Did some remodeling to my FF5 site. Nothing super ultra fantastic, but there is something new, the new and improved fake catalog has some new items. ^_~ And I recreated the FF5 title screen in Illustrator - it came out gorgeous! Check it out inthe wallpapers section.

» Massive remodeling in Video Game Emulation for Newbies!
• Each tutorial has been remade in beautiful cascading style sheets (CSS).
• Every set of directions is now numbered instead of jumbled together in a single paragraph.
• For the emulators that have screen renders, the tutorials now contain a screen render preview gallery.
• A MekaW tutorial and Kawaks tutorial has been added.

RPGOne Translations released v1.2 of the FF6 Retranslation. You can download it from their site or my FF6 Downloads. Here's what's new with it:
"This latest patch for FF6 updates sections of the code which ChrisRPG worked on to work more efficiently, in preparation for the eventual 2.0 release. Also, the first quarter of the script has been re-translated from scratch, after a mishap was discovered and it was realized that the earlier two patches were using a test translation which was only marginally accurate. Also you can now get a version with an installer for Windows coded by our member cynsob that requires no patches, and no patching programs."

Wallpapers again, heh. ^^ To Shining Force I added a nifty vector wallpaper of Domingo and to Shining Force 2 I remade all the wallpapers. I've also added the Shining Force 2 GYM archive, which has -finally- been created by someone at Zophar. But to my disappointment, the songs in this archive weren't created properly, they don't begin at the proper times and they include sound effects. :\ I hope someone steps in and corrects these faulty songs. In the meantime, you're better off with my MP3s.

August 9, 2004

Yah, updates have been a bit distant as of yet. I have been doing lots of site updates, but they're just CSS remodelings here and there, that aren't really significant enough to be worth mentioning. Ah, but there is one thing that's worth mentioning: I recreated three of my Romancing SaGa 3 desktop wallpapers. Weee. ^_^ They look prettier now. Anyway, updates will continue to be dry. But I do have some interesting surprises that will come in due time.

July 14, 2004

Update to RPG Lunch Break. Added the following...
NES ... Duck Tales
Game Gear ... Vampire - Master of Darkness, more Sonic 1 shots, Sonic 1 desktop wallpaper.
Genesis/Sega CD ... Castlevania Bloodlines, Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Night Trap for Sega CD 32X shots

June 13, 2004

Added GBA "Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon" coverage to my Shining Force site. Included in the update is box art to the 'about the game' section, four mp3's to the music section, and a screen shots section containing 37 shots. (no rom though, sorry)

June 8, 2004

To my Front Mission site I've added the PSF archive of Front Mission 1st to the music section.

May 30, 2004

• To my Final Fantasy 4 site I've added a map of the overworld, underworld, and moon. Plus I remodeled the site a bit.
• To my Terranigma site I've added a map of the overworld.
• To my Live-A-Live site I've added a nifty wallpaper based on the robot chapter's final boss.

May 18, 2004

• To D&D Arcade, I added an interview with "Raven", the main D&D person who helped create Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of Doom. I copied it from an old issue of GamePro.
• Version 1.1 of the FF6 Retranslation patch has been released. Download it from my FF6 Retranslation promotional page or my FF6 site's Downloads section.

May 11, 2004

• Wow, its about time! Someone finally created a complete GYM soundtrack for Shining Force 1. Its been like, what, 4 years since GYMs came to be? People were creating GYM soundtracks for every Genesis game except Shining Force 1 & 2, which are two of the most popular strategy/RPGs in existence btw. Anyway, I added the GYM archive to my Shining Force site's music section. All we need know is a complete Shining Force 2 soundtrack.
• Added two wallpapers too. One of the Ninja Chapter's castle to Live-A-Live and one of a tower to Treasure of the Rudras.

May 5, 2004

I've added my exclusive interview with the almighty Gideon Zhi! Yes its true, I have interviewed one of the most high profile people in the fan translation scene. You'll find this interview in three places: here, here, and here. Why three different places, you ask? Well, because I'm cool like that.

May 3, 2004

RPGOne Translations released the Final Fantasy 6 Retranslation patch! Weeeee! Download it from my FF6 Retranslation promotional page or my FF6 site's Downloads section. I added the FF6 Expert Version patch too, I put it... here ^

April 30, 2004

Wallpapers and MP3s galore. ^_~
• To my Shining Force 2 site I added 3 new MP3s: Hero Attack (after promotion), Ancient Shrine, and Evil Gizmo.
• To my Tales of Phantasia site I added a new Arche wallpaper.
• To my Arcana site I made a new main page and added 3 new wallpapers.
• To my Alcahest site I made a new main page and added 1 new wallpaper.
• To my Seiken Densetsu 3 site I made a new main page and added 4 new wallpapers.
• To my Revelations: The Demon Slayer site I added an MP3 of the boss battle theme.
• To my Live A Live site I added 2 new wallpapers.
• To Classic CD RPGs I added 14 new Popful Mail screen shots.

April 1, 2004

• Apparently, the Dungeons & Dragons arcade R0Ms have been redumped, so I've updated them. I've also added their US counterparts for anyone who desires them and to resolve a possible problem with Mame.
• People complained that I didn't have any printable European case covers in Classic CD RPGs, so I decided to add a section for them. I also added a section with printable Japanese case covers.

March 29, 2004

To Classic CD RPGs I've added two Shining Force CD desktop wallpapers and a bunch more non-RPG Sega CD printable case covers.

March 27, 2004

» Heavy update over at Classic CD RPGs!
• Remodeled it a bit.
• Added tons of printable case covers for both Sega CD and TurboGrafx16-CD. These covers will print out at the proper size for jewel cases. And through your inkjet printer, they will print out with colors approximately 95% accurate to the real thing! I had to do tons of test prints to ensure this.
• Added a new Lunar 2 desktop wallpaper, a new Vay desktop wallpaper, and three new Ys Book 1 & 2 desktop wallpapers.
• Added a scans section. Includes four advertisements, four reviews, and the whole manual for both Lunar 1 and Lunar 2.
» To Turbo Duo in RPG Lunch Break I've added more screen shots for Bonk's Revenge, Lords of Thunder, Neutopia 2, and Valis 3. Plus a new game: Spriggan (J).

March 4, 2004

Added the corrected Front Mission patch to my Front Mission site's Downloads section. What it does is resolve the crash that occurs halfway through the game when playing it with Snes9X. If you use ZSNES then you do not have to bother with it.

February 29, 2004

I'm falling in love with Adobe Illustrator. ^_^ To my Tenchi Muyo RPG site, I used Illustrator to trace over the close-up pic of Ryo-Ohki, and created 2 new desktop wallpapers with it. To my Magic Knight Rayearth site, I traced over Mokona in the not-so-good quality Mokona wallpaper. And now its a high quality Mokona wallpaper. =D

February 17, 2004

Added coverage of the following games to Translation Nation: Dai Kaiju Monogatagari, Dai Kaiju Monogatagari 2, Eien no Filena, Hanjyuku Hero, Lennus 2, and Solid Runner.

February 16, 2004

• Remodeled my Ogre Battle site. Although I didn't add any new content, it just looks prettier now. To the video game emulators section I've added "MekaW" (GG/SMS emulator). Chasms still emulates with better accuracy, but MekaW has more features and can play the handful of games that Chasms can't.
• To SNES in RPG Lunch Break, added 12 more Doom screen shots. Just in case you're wondering, yes I am cheating. =P SNES Doom is such a great game to play if you just want to run around and blast things in ghetto-fabulous 3D.

February 8, 2004

Remodeled my Cyber Knight site, and I've finally added the SPC archive to it. You'll notice that it has a header frame. I intend to add a header frame to all RPG subsites. I've added one to my Tales of Phantasia site already. Oh and to my Tales of Phantasia site's music section, I've added an MP3 of the pretty PSX Tales of Phantasia ending theme.

January 31, 2004

To my Sword of Mana site, I've added tons more sprites and a maps section with a world map.Btw, I have big plans for the anime portion of my FantasyAnime. However, they are time-consuming plans, so it'll be quite a long time until you see them.

January 26, 2004

SNESAmp has been updated, and now it works with WinAmp 5 with no problem. They also updated quite a bit of things with it, so now it should run better than before. Click here to download the latest SNESAmp.

January 25, 2004

I've made some changes in my video game emulators section. I am no longer distributing Mame, I hath switched to Kawaks since its 50 times better than Mame. I am no longer distributing ZSNES, I hath switched to ZSNES WIP, which is just regular ZSNES but better.

January 18, 2004

This is a major correction I want to point out rather than an official site update. For quite some time now, WinAmp.com has ceased distribution of WinAmp 2.9, only distributing their newest version, WinAmp 5. I was completely unaware of this, so my SPC/GBS/PSF/GYM introduction pages were spreading incorrect information. Everything's okay now since I've updated them. However there is still one problem. The setup of SNESAmp is designed to install the plugin only to WinAmp 2.9. I've notified the creator of SNESAmp about this and he said he's already working on a new setup that will install the plugin to WinAmp 5, and that he'll finish it sometime towards the end of January.
